Bungee and Fitness 6 days a week

Participants are introduced to the harness and bungee and where bungee movements and terminology are taught. What is bungee fitness you ask? It is the science of *plyometrics that combines bungee and cardio that creates resistance to give you that high-intensity, low-impact workout without the damaging impact on your body plus it’s a real fun and exciting way to workout! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout!

We also offer other fitness classes that are not in the bungee such as Yoga (coming soon), Barre, Power Circuit, and Fly Gym (similar to aerial yoga) .

*Plyometrics - also known as jump training. Muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power. Low-Impact Plyometrics, aerobic cardio, and resistance offers clients maximum benefits without the pain and all the fun.
