Aerial Fly Gym

Beginner Class! You will be taught how to correctly align your body to master yoga poses that would take you longer to learn the traditional way. The hammock supports your body in order to relax and enter into poses safely.

Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion is a full body workout technique focusing on the core, glutes, and legs. It's inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This class uses low impact, high intensity movements designed to create long, lean muscles while also increasing flexibility.

Yoga

The classes offered will be Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Nidra.

Yin: Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

Hatha: Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy.

Vinyasa: Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Nidra: Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation.
